ALA is an antioxidant found naturally in foods, and absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. 

What can ALA be used for?

ALA can be used for diabetic neuropathy and other nerve related disorders. It helps minimize the burning/stinging/numbness/pain sensory feelings.

There are also small studies that have shown it to increase insulin sensitivity!

Dose range can start at 200mg - 600mg (and even higher that that with after discussions with your doctor!)
